About us

The Foreign Language Immersion Academy (FLIA) is an online language academic, immersion
and consulting service institution focused on the foreign languages Spanish, French, and English.
It was founded by Yanique Walcolm, a teacher of foreign languages from
Jamaica.
FLIA was created to promote and improve the learning and acquisition of foreign languages in
Jamaica.
FLIA offers lessons, training and preparation
for persons (ages 7 and above) who wants to learn Spanish, French and English.
Students will be taught and prepared to do both local and international examinations.
Students will then be signed up by FLIA to do the exam at centers which facilitates the sitting of
the specific exam they are doing.
This institution will only be offering classes, training, preparation and immersion and will be
offering certificate of attendance and completion.

Other certificates will be offered by the government of the country that offers a particular exam.
